Alana De La Garza, an incredible actress who has left a mark across the screens. De La Garza, a Mexican American father and an Irish American mother were born in Columbus Ohio on June 26, 1976. De La Garza emigrated shortly to Texas, where she studied physical therapy at the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last for long in Texas then moved to Orlando Florida where she experienced various acting roles such as local independent films and global commercials. Despite small roles, she discovered her passion for acting. After 2001, she relocated to New York where her first part was in All My Children's soap opera as Rosa Santos. In the beginning of the decade She appeared on small parts for JAG Vegas and Two and a Half Men. In 2004, she got a role in her first series part on The Mountain which was the short-lived drama on television. She played Maria Serrano and De La Garza was fortunate enough to star alongside some top TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. The most memorable part of her career came in 2006 on Law & Order where she appeared as A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She was a part of 85 episodes. She then migrated to the brief-lived spin-off Law & Order: LA. De La Garza has been nominated several times for her performance in the show, including Best Supporting Actress in Television in the Imagen Foundation Awards. In 2008, De La Garza was awarded the Impact Award at National Hispanic Media Coalition's Outstanding Performance Award for a Dramatic Television Series. In the next few days, De La Garza was cast on CSI Miami in a recurring role. She was cast as Marisol Delko, who is the wife of David Caruso's Horatio. In the NBC's dramatic, dark show Do No Harm she played the character of the character Dr. Lena Solis. After two episodes the series was cancelled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Milano has a nationality of Italian with a 10 year old younger brother who is named Cory. She grew up in a family that was conservative and very religious. Milano's journey into the world of sports began when she was seven, after her child's sitter invited her to a talent show. The four selected girls from over 1,000 hopefuls included Milano. Milano was featured in commercials for TV and off Broadway shows, like the American first musical adaptation of Jane Eyre.
